Deposit for private event

Description

You can make the payment by cash or card. However, online payment is subject to a surcharge of 2.5%+ $0.30 when you choose ‘Paypal’ or ‘Credit card’, you can choose ‘direct bank transfer’ in checkout to skip the surcharge.
The surcharge is not refundable.
IMPORTANT If you are choosing ‘direct bank transfer,’ please provide your bank account details so that we can proceed with the refund after the party.

Cancellation Policy

The host of the party can secure a reservation with a $150 refundable deposit. ($300 deposit is required for booking S1  & S2 for the same event) Once the private party has been booked and the deposit made, we will send you an invoice for the required minimum number of guests. The host/hostess then pays with one payment for the party, 2 weeks before the party at the latest.
IMPORTANT: For the party to take place, the minimum number of guests must be paid 14 days prior.
Ladder Art Space may cancel your party if we do not receive the minimum payment 2 weeks before the scheduled session. The timeslot will be available for other parties, and the deposit will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.

Private Function deposits are non-refundable within 1 month of the session date.
If the full amount has been paid and there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private function to another date that is suitable for you and the Ladder Art Space studio.
We are unable to refund or reschedule private functions within the 2 weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.

Covid Cancellations
If the Government requires our studios to remain closed at the time of your session, we will issue you a coupon voucher (full value of your order) or reschedule your event to another date or time of your choice (subject to availability).
If the Government requires us to reduce the capacity of our studios, we will issue you a coupon voucher (full value of your order) or reschedule your event to another date or time of your choice (subject to availability and capacity).
